Neeraj i guess u haven’t installed excel on ur system and its object library version depends on what version u have installed.

I have a api of asp.net 2.0 fw, but this way which is given by you, is not working for me. Even i don’t have the 11.0 Object Lib at com tab.

Hi,

There is office 2007 installed on my PC and from the visual basic projcet i gave reference to microsoft excel 12.0 object library, but when i debug my project it shows the version as 11.0 , I dont understand after giving the 12.0 reference why it is saying version 11. need your help.

And also i add references.But what is myWorkBook mean.I got error in myWorkBook
